Facing Stress and Anxiety
In times of uncertainty, unpredictable changes and challenges, so many of us are becoming aware of the presence of stress and anxiety in our daily lives.
You are invited to join us for a 2-hour work session on learning to face and deal with stress and anxiety.
- learn to understand and face your unique experience of stress and anxiety with self-compassion and non-judgmental awareness;
- learn to tame your anxiety by means of practical, scientific Emotion-Focused-Mindfulness exercises;
- receive guidance, informative questionnaires and practical handouts on dealing with stress and anxiety.
